The Community and Economic Development Masters of Science at Penn State is a unique graduate program offered through both resident and on-line instruction. The program is aimed at preparing development professionals,

local officials and citizens to take executive and professional staff roles in a variety of community-based organizations. Students can begin their graduate degree on-line by enrolling in our Certificate program or take the entire program in-residence at University Park Campus.
